This entry is a followup to: 346569

To set the timing between T3 (left arm electrons) and T6 (BB protons), we
added 270 ns of cable delay to T6.  This was set based on the kinematics 
for kinematics A1: elastic H(e,e'p) for 350 MeV/c protons in BB.  These 
are some of the slowest protons to BB.  For all but one other kinematic, 
the protons come earlier in time.
