I think I have identified a potential issue with the retiming in 
BigBite.  Sometimes the retimed L1A is coming at the "rising" edge of
the L1A from the TS.  See attached figure.  The cyan retimed L1A
sometimes walks up to the rising edge of the NIM bar signal.  I assume
this is caused by one of the frequent T6 pulses I see on the scope, 
which might indicate the problem is related to the high rate in the 
E-plane.  But that is my speculation at the moment.
