    I added the correlation between T5 and T1 and T3 in the
halla_scaler_process to account for coincidences.  Perhaps Bob should check
the reasoning in the code to make sure it is correct.

T5 is the HRS coincidence between T1 and T3.  Hence every T5 has a T1 and 
T3 associated with it.
