This entry is a followup to: 347044

Igor and I were having problems finding good coincidence events for the
HRS's and HAND.  I had made a minor change during the day due to how the 
delay is set in the LeCroy 4518 module.

I had changed the setting from

t1_delay 128 8

to 

t1_delay 120 16

which numerically appears to be equivalent.  For T1, I have the signal go
through the delay module twice for additional delay.  The values then get
converted to bits.  Each bit represents 8 ns.  Somehow the second setting
does not work.  I will have to check this closer during the next access.
For now, we will stick with the setting that works, which is 

t1_delay 128 8
