Vince told me that he did change the delay of L1A, hence the signal comes later to Both HRSs. I checked the L1A and retiming on R-HRS, and found that L1A signal comes 10ns later than retiming signal. I reduced the delay value of L1A, on a delay module(crate1,slot 20,#16), from 56ns to 0ns. After the change, the L1A signal comes earlier than retiming signals about 40ns, which is the minimun value I can set.
