keyword=RE: Pattern Synch Problem Explained - Explanation

After testing various explanations for the pattern synch signal problem,
it was determined that the cause was due to a truncation of the signal
due to a faulty output in a Fanout module (specifically the bottom-right
output in the top set of the left-most module in the bottom NIM crate in
RR3 in the Left HRS electronics).

While the source signal was several microseconds long, the signal
reaching the control bit was around 120ns.

The cable was switched to a different output of the Fanout module, which
appears to have resolved the problem.
