keyword=re: double pulsing on LNE (helicity)

We had this problem last Fall (multiple pulsing on LNE) and cleaned it
up with a gate generator. After that the probability became negligible.
Then during the shutdown the circuit was largely disassembled. I guess
we should scrutinize the LNE and try to clean it up. Might be a bad
cable connector or bad module. The patch panel or patch cable is a
suspect too. Saturday night I did change the fanout module.

Note, we have some redundancy here. In addition to the scaler/ring-buff
there is the TIR data, which just passively looks at helicity signals.
No LNE mechanism there. As of Sat night those data looked good.

Also it seems the double pulses are easy to eliminate and there are no
missing real pulses, but then again until we see a result of analysis
(like a physics asymmetry) we can't be completely comfortable.

I'm at my office until ~1 pm if anyone wants to discuss it.
