I updated my scripts and modified the epicsRunStart script to add the HRS floor mark angle camera snapshots to the CODA data files. The instructions at the bottom need to be added to the experimental how-to file.

NOTES:

• The front angle camera positioning clearly needs to be tweaked before they will be useful.
• I strongly recommend that the floor angle numbers that the experiment cares about be refreshed with a marker before it matters. (Or you'll have confused shift crew spending hours trying to position the spectrometers.)

Modified/new files:

• /adaqfs/home/a-onl/scripts/epicsRunStart (around line 1348)
• /adaqfs/home/a-onl/scripts/log_HRS_anglecam_snapshots (script that is invoked by epicsRunStart)
• /adaqfs/home/adaq/bin/get_coda_photos (extracts the images from the CODA file)
• /adaqfs/home/adaq/bin/get_coda_angles (symlink to get_coda_photos)

The images can be extracted like this (adaq or a-onl on any adaqlX machine should work):

You can also give a specific coda datafile name as an argument. See 'get_coda_angles -h' for more information.
