    This entry is a followup to: 348286

    keyword=T3 Delay now 72 ns

    I checked the VDC spectra in regards to the retiming.  Since we can remove
more delay on T3, I decided to change the delay to 

t3_delay 72 

This will help improve the timing on the HRS's in regards to the retiming.
