keyword=Right arm P0 ChangedDoug accounted for the proton energy loss and suggested that we
drop the right arm momentum by 10 MeV.
P0 was set to 478 MeV/c
right Q3 was set using
desired momentum/3.14 GeV*1100 A = current for desired momentum
0.478/3.14*1100 = 167.45 A
Entering this setpoint gives a readback of 167.11 A.
