keyword=Found Stop for ROC 10 was inverted

I was checking the trigger inputs to the TDC in ROC 10 and I noticed that
the signals are coming about 300 ns before the stop. However the data
indicates that they are coming closer to 600 ns before the stop. Kalyan
helped me verify that the stop signal going into the back of ROC 10 was
    indeed inverted.

I flipped the cable to be correct so I now do see that the trigger signals
in ROC 10 come about 300 ns before the stop. This change should make the
DBB.t3, DBB.t1 variables make more sense.

I am not sure how this impacts the wire chamber data besides the T0's will
shift. Hence they will need to be recalibrated.
