In preparation for optics studies on the HRS's, the T1 and T3 delays at the
weldment are set to zero delay for inclusive measurements.  After the
polarity flip (Sunday?), the delay for T1 should be changed from the 
atrig account as follows:

./t1_delay 64 0

for T5 coincidences between left and right HRS.
