The T6 trigger has changed.  Instead of BB singles, the trigger is now a
coincidence between BB and LHRS.  This should be useful for the elastic
proton calibrations we plan to do this weekend.  The original singles 
trigger still exists but is no longer connected to the scalers or TS as a
trigger.

I did make one mistake.  I forgot to zero the edtm delay on the left HRS 
from the N-Delta T5 simulated coincidence.  This results in an delay in
forming coincidence T6 by about 60 ns, i.e., real T3 should come about 
60 ns earlier.  I need to fix this before we try to use this trigger.  
On the other hand, singles T3 should still result in us catching the 
elastic protons in BigBite.

To form this trigger, I used a different copy of BB singles trigger and
T3 than what is used for the BB retiming circuit and T5 coincidence trigger.
