I suspect that the replay errors from ROC 8 are related to the SFI Aux
card that we replaced a couple weeks ago.  I believe the errors are 
caused by terminators that were probably left on the board.  This Aux
card is second in line out of four crates on that branch address and
hence should have no terminators.  These type of replay errors have been
known to be caused by incorrect termination of the Aux cards.

For a couple weeks know, I have been meaning to check the termination,
but I keep forgetting to do so.
