Dipole regulation was lost around 8:10 AM this morning (see attached plot) due to the internal power supply computer (Octagon) getting corrupted The blue line scale (representing the commanded current HacR_D1_DYNPWR:ISET) is 2 Amps full scale. The yellow-green line represents the read-back current, it is 6 Amps full scale. As it can be seen from the attached plot, the power supplied did not respond to small corrections nor it did ramp the current changes as it is supposed to do. Instead, it made sudden overcorrections (~ 2 Amps). One of the current jumps triggered the protection circuit
