I took two runs one in unbuffered and one in buffered mode with the T7
trigger with 600 Hz of rate:

2094     Buffered          19.7%
2095    Unbuffered         21.4%

We gained about 2%, but currently the DAQ is crippled with a few
millisecond busy from the TS2 module. This needs to be fixed before
the deadtime will improve dramatically.

I had disabled the scaler server on bbts1, but this did not fix the
problem.
