    keyword=Changed T1 delay to 32 ns

    I reduced the delay on T1 from 64 to 32 ns to center the peak in the window:

./t1_delay 32 0

I also changed the EDTM setup as follows:

./edtm_delay 33 62 to propogate the changes to the EDTM system.
