After doing so the heater power dropped fast. Tried to open up JT valves to compensate but got a yellow alarm on haCryo_Supply_F. Target expert instructed to leave the heater at low power and wait for things to stablize. Will adjust JT valves and HP Heater when we are ready for beam.
