To look at sync plots do :
online("sync",2317)
On the difference it is different from 0 because of fluctuations of the readout. Since we have a few KHz of triggers is an event goes out of sync it will appear about 100 counts later or earlier.
ROC10 looks a bit funny, I think it is not cleared at the same time as the other.
