Today Igor and I formed the T7 HAND+LHRS coincidence trigger.  The HAND
singles window was set to 156 ns with the T3 signal coming about 80 ns
inside the window for a 450 MeV/c neutron in HAND.  With this setup,
the simulated EDTM ADC signal arrived about 148 ns after the gate, which
is 400 ns wide.  The simulated TDC signal arrived about 400 ns before
the common stop.  I believe the EDTM setup is fairly reliable from my
experience during N-Delta.  So I would expect the real neutron signals
to come close to the EDTM within +/- 20 ns or about 400 +/- 20 ns from
the common stop.

We also checked this setup for cosmic events and the cosmics from HAND
arrived about 200 ns after the gate for the ADC.  Hence this setting 
should
work for both production and cosmic ray tests.
