This entry is a followup to: 351651

The EDTM was re-enabled during the access today.  This is probably the
cause of the peak in the position that Larry mentions in his Halog.

The EDTM can be disabled using

./edtmdisable from the atrig account

and enabled using

./edtmsetup 0 80 214 32

for the current setup:
952 MeV/c proton in RHRS
450 MeV/c neutron in HAND
300 MeV/c proton in BB
