Hall C will keep its cryo state overnight as it is now: 4K off, low flow in 15K.
With that, after discuss with Xiaohui (Run Coordinator), I adjusted
our cryo flow to have loop 2 (LD2) be in the normal running situation
while loop 1 with low cryo flow. The total flow is about 11.3 g/s
with ESR supply temperature at 15.92K.
Loop 2 is stable at 22K, 32 psi and HP heater power at 85 watts (enough for tonight's program <5 uA on 10 cm LD2). Fan is at 24 Hz.
