BigBite DAQ Changed After Run 2896

I am including an e-mail from Brad to note why we are making the change:

"I just wanted to let folks know that I think we (Vince, Doug, Or, and I anyway) understand the structure we're seeing in the F1 and 1190s.

Pretty much all the strangeness we were seeing can be understood if the reference pulse is a copy of the non-BB-retimed trigger. Vince tells me that this is, in fact, the case.

Vince is making an access now to change the reference time to be an explicit copy of the common stop (which is the retimed_L1A). That should make the analysis simpler, and the plots make more sense "out of the box".

Note that ALL of the data taken in the past is recoverable -- no information has been lost. All you need to do is subtract the difference: (L1A) - (retimed_L1A) from the old 1190 and F1 data.

For T3 events, this is the same as subtracting the BB.t3[0] signal from the 1190/F1 data (up to a fixed offset). That is why the manipulations that Doug did earlier allowed the signals to pop out.

I can get into more details tomorrow if people still have questions, but I think we're in good shape. (Even with the old data, although it may need the additional correction mentioned above.)
