I attach two plots.
1) TOF for BEFORE any changes in the weldment (runs # 2899 - 2905)
2) TOF for HAND AFTER the changes in the weldment (added delay to BB
signals and cable of 20 ns for T3 returned)  (run # 2944 and small part
of 2943)
