08:00 No beam. ELOG seems to indicate problems with ARC2 in a decidedly entertaining log entry by the owl shift crew. Looks like OPS was having a good Owl shift.
09:00 Still no beam. And HRSL NMR is being a little fussy, and very noisy.

10:08 ARM just brought up the hall survey, everything but the dump and the target looks fine.
10:42 Jack has arrived to look at the NMR's he's going to ramp down the dipoles (both) and the right Q1.
15:05 Jack called with an update on the NMR. He thinks that the NMR is working properly, but the software regulator is not. He can lock it manually from downstairs. While the signal is not great, it is there. So, he's going to set it and call it a day...
15:09 MCC called. Things are not looking up. They still can't diagnose the problem with the dipole string which may have precipitated other problems this morning during Owl shift. The crew chief is not happy.
