keyword=Helium filled to full by Dave. Target ready for beam.Dave filled Helium loop to 205 psia at 20K with fan @ 24 Hz.
I increase fan speed to 48 Hz, pressure dropped to 201 psi.
Decreased LD2 loop fan to 24 Hz.
Adjusted J-T to have 90 watts in loop 1 (He) and 60 watts in loop2 (LD2). ESR flow is about 7 g/s.
It's ready for beam (up to 10 uA) on He target.
To prevent too muchn heat on the He loop, I put the max heat power limit to be 200 watts (both in PID and Manual settings). If the experiment needs to go above that, the max limits need to be changed.
