we implemented for HAND the veto layer algoritm.
Currently in the code we use only the first plane (Veto plane) to filter
charged particles.

we checked this modification for the deutron efficiency run (for ~500
MeV/c point).
The efficiency that we have now is ~28 %

Neutrons are choosen based on the spacial and timing cuts

We still need to implement the veto algoritm to take into account all layers.
