I made a comparison between runs before and after the target problem in
the morning.

I used two runs 3030 and 3028 (before target problem): total charge ~ 0.038 C
and runs: 3043 and 3044 after target was fixed. total charge for these
two runs is ~0.039 C
all 4 runs with the same current of 4 uA.
