I checked status of the detectors and noticed that we had two channels in
HAND with low rate on scalers. N6 - 1L and N6 - 2L.

Looking in HALOG, I saw that people don't bother to put the snapshots of
HAND and BB. We should emphasize to shift workers to take picture of ALL
scallers.

In any case I looked on the ADC , TDC distribution for these channels,
two plots attached. 
From this plots we immediately see that we have a problem.
I traced down the first run where we started to see this problem: #3113

I checked the voltages settings and currents for these two PMs, and they
were normal. HVGUI, showed that PMs are on (time to time, slight change
in the currents/voltages - indication that GUI working).

I power cyceled HV for these PMTs and restarted CODA.

we succeded to take short run, 3117 before we lost the beam. 
However, looking on the onlineGUI it's seems that problem fixed.
