    keyword=fixed missing wire sections

    last night missing section correspond to 2Vp5 (LT6-12) which was move to extra LT. Also the section 2Vp4 (LT5-16) began missing move to extra LT.

    today, missing section is in 2V4 (LT6-10) move to extra LT.

    If this problem presist, we might need to consider other ways to keep it from happening.
