Runplan tonight

Due to te Right Arm Q1 vacuum issue tonight we will take data  with the
Left Arm, BB and Hand.  Adjust the suggested currents for Deuterium and
15 cm dummy so that the rates in the Left Arm are the same as the rates
obtained in the Left Arm for 12C at 30 uA.

1. a.   30 uA   2 hours     12C  
1. b.   20 uA   1 hour      12C  
1. c.   40 uA   1 hour      12C  

2.      ~3 uA   8 hours   Deuterium

3.     ~20 uA   4 hours   15 cm dummy
