As can be seen by the recent start run script outputs there does not seem to be an issue. The HV gui has been known to become unresponsive and the appropriate action to take is to restart it.
The reason why the voltages and currents for HAND and BB were not being printed out is that the command to fetch these is tied to the HV server (hv gui). The rule is no HV gui no voltages in the start up script.
If there are further issues let me know.
To deal with this issue: Quit the open HV gui (File->Quit)
This will close the gui and the vnc server. Then on adev@adaql9 run "start_hvgui_bb" This will start the server.
