keyword=Added Pathlength Coefficients to Right VDC DB

Or noticed that the right arm pathl variable was empty. I found that the
right arm VDC database did not have pathlength coefficents for the
pathlength correction. The left arm VDC database did and are the ones
    determined for the Transversity experiment.

It seems that the e'd experiment for the time-being elected to use the
pathlength terms from the left HRS. I am not sure how well that works,
but we will try them to start with. I checked the databases from the
first SRC experiment and found that the coeffiecients between left and
right arms were basically the same. I added the pathlength coefficients
to 'db_R.vdc.dat' in the following directories:

    20110205
    20110215
    20110217
    20110222
    20110224
    20110225
    20110228
    20110302
    20110310
    20110324
    20110326

As it turns out, we are not using the most recent optics matrix from
3He(e,e'd) for the right arm. For the left arm, we are. I decided to
not change the optics matrix for now, since I am not sure how much it
will change the target reconstruction. It all depends on where the
    right arm matrix came from(?).
