    I updated the pedestal in the Left Cerenkov database using run 3474.

The values are :
567  568.7   595   525.7   618.4  674.9   678.4   685.4   536.2   564.4

I updated ped4.dat to pedestal + 10 channels for those channels and
others to 2000 so they never fire.
