Individual PMTs look reasonable and overlap on the scope looked not bad. John though of a problem with the sum, looking at the event distribution in focal plane for the T3 and T7 we see that a large part of the upper detector is missing, so most like a few PMTs are not connected to the sum and since the signal are split to ADC and TDC it was not noticed. I will make an access to check the sum
