Once I figure out how to

• start halog on the computer that has monticello,
• start monticello on a computer that has halog,

Basically, valves from the target to 1C15 closed at the time when we had the reported vac spike. MCC managed to open valves closer to the target, but have trouble opening anything in the 1C15 area. Opening 1C15 bumps up the pressure up to 1C08.

Seems that our target itself is fine, pressures down in the 1e-04, 1e-05 range (1e-07 at target).
