This entry is a followup to: 356073

    Followups:

keyword=CODA crashed during run#3647 hence we lose entire data of this run.

I did a scan in silo(MSS) and found that besides 3656 and 3675, we miss
another run#3647. I could not find this run in silo but can see it in
    /data1/:

    -rw-r--r-- 1 a-onl a-adaq 0 Apr 18 00:03 ../data1/e07006_3647.dat.0 ,

but you can see,the size is '0'. I checked the halog and found that this
run did not have a 'End of Run' halog posted, and the run sheet says that
the coda was crashed durling this run. It was a production run which had
been taking data for about 27mins.

The question is: Do we lose the entire raw data no matter when the CODA
    crashes?
