of the DAQ group offered us an update on the Afecs-1.3 code.
He thinks he found the bug. This new version contains other
bugfixes he's been working on, too.
I've deployed this on /adaqfs/coda/2.6.1 as a link.
The "new" version would be linked like this
Afecs-1.3 -> Afecs-1.3-update20Apr11
The "old" version we've been using :
Afecs-1.3 -> Afecs-1.3-14feb11-ok
The new version seems to work (takes data and the raw data dumps
look ok), but unfortunately the rcGui reports an error that TS11
has a "Component type mismatch". I have no idea what that means.
Since I see no difference to the data quality, it's as if the
error message is meaningless.
But since I don't like dire-sounding error messages, I have rolled
back to the old version for now. If I get a simple fix
tomorrow we'll can try the new version. It's easy to switch.
Before quitting I verified the DAQ was ok with old version (for now).
