I added the left HRS triggers to the right arm scalers.  I sent T3 and T7
to the right HRS via the green and blue RG-58 cables that were spares.  
I then moved the T1 (S1&S2) input to the T6 input and connected the 3-of-3
trigger to T1.  I also connected T3 and T7 to the third and seventh inputs
to the scaler.  Here T3 is the 3-of-3 trigger and T7 is S1&&S2.

Zhihong was going to send a copy of T4 from the left arm to the right arm,
since I did not have any additional cables to send T4 from the weldment.

The xscaler displays for the left and right arm are consistent for all the
different triggers.
