    keyword=Buffering - Busy signal issue

I checked all the busy signals. They were good from Left and Right HRS.
On the BigBite side, the busy was always on because of the crates not in
the readout. I checked the cabling by sending a 0 to the IN and FB input
of the TS, I did not see any difference because the cable from NIM/ECL
converter to the TS FB input was bad. So the busy was not getting to the
trigger supervisor. I swapped the cable and the signal behaved as expected.
I moved all the busy signals not in used to the lower group of the logic
fan so Vince will have to plug them back or add the second group to the
first one when he starts using those crates again.

I also reconnected the signals of the sync ADC board. They are fed to
ADCs in left arm, I also sent a copy to the right arm and modified the
    DBB database to display them.

    # synch checking adcs
    synchadc1 crate 1 23 1
    synchadc2 crate 2 22 48
    #synchadc3 crate 3 22 0
    synchadc3 crate 3 22 48
    #synchadc4 crate 4 17 48
    synchadc4 crate 4 21 0
    synchadc14 crate 14 1 5

I added the corresponding plots to the online display. Loss of synch will
results in points out from the correlation line.

To be thorough we should send this signal to ROC10 but I would have to an
ADC in it. Maybe at the next access.
