I linked bb_sfi3.crl to the bb_sfi3.crl.v0.0 file and recompiled the 
crl code.  I changed the CODA configuration to B2ArmNTS11 and downloaded 
the crates to pick up the modified ROC 10 crl code to drop the readout of 
the BB wire chamber TDCs.
