We unplugged the downstream BCM at the splitter level. The signal before
the splitter was sent through a cable to the Happex DAQ with an amplifier
inline. So effective signal will have +3 dB, we will try with the
splitter after.
The plan is to try to resume beam with empty target first when we manage
to open the valves in the beamline and take a first set of currents to
have a quick look at the BCM response.

Once done we will try to put a target in to monitor the rates with the
HRS but that might spoil the vacuum so we will see how it goes from there.
