    keyword=60 ns Timing Shift for R-HRS

    I looked closer at the timing on the right HRS from the data taken last 
    night.  Figure 1 shows a TDC from the right S2m detector bar 9 on the 
    left side.  There is a clear ~ 60 ns timing shift.  I think this is due to
    a timing change on the right HRS in regards to the L1A going into the
    retiming circuit.  In reality, this can be removed in the timing 
    calibration for the right HRS, and is not a significant problem.
    
    I have talked with Zhihong and he is going to refer to his notes so we
    can revert to the L1A delay used in the previous running.
