With the left Q1 problem, we are stuck.  The left HRS is of course the 
electron arm and crucial for any measurements.  For the rest of swing
shift, we will take a run for the right HRS to verify that the timing
has been fixed.  Afterwards, owl shift will be in stand by with the 
target operator being required to watch the target.

The Techs will resume work in the morning on the left Q1 power supply.  
With the lose of owl shift and probably a good part of day shift, we need
to re-evalute the run plan for the rest of this week.
