    keyword=timing tests of R-HRS, part 2.

    More work by Bob and Alex ...

    We restored the RT timing as it was. We observed on the scope
    that the RT comes 50 nsec after L1A at the RT module. This is
    good. We also observed that for an analog signal (one of S2m
    signals) the signal appears 150 nsec into a 300 nsec ADC gate.
    This is not perfect (may want the gate actually a bit later)
    but it is fine and we decide to leave it. Note, the R-HRS is
    for protons, so in my opinion the ADC signals are not hugely
    important, as I suppose you would mainly use them to judge that
    the HV is on and the PMTs working. What PID could you do ?
    Well, maybe energy deposited in scintillators ... but I don't
    think users do that with HRS scint.

    It is a "mystery" why the timing peaks shifted, but I cannot
    see anything wrong with the present setup.

    Decide to leave it alone.
