Alright, I'm making this entry using the make_elog.php with a kludge
that it writes to /home/adaq/halog/log/tmp_html. Then a cron script
periodically moves this to the destination
/group/halla/www/hallaweb/html/halog/log/tmp_html
Apparently, php is not allowed to write directly to the destination,
something I need to get fixed by computer center. The files just
disappear.
However, this kludge works for now.
