    keyword=LQ2 is in LOCAL control

    I found the local display of the LQ2 was showing 0V output with about 700A output. Not right. We ramped down the supply to take a look at it. In LOCAL control the display still showed 0V. The rear connector for the local display module seemed to be fully seated. In LOCAL control I could ramp the supply up, but still no voltage reading. We put it back in REMOTE control. Later, Aidan found it would not respond to a set current. I went back in and found that the DAC was sending a voltage command to the supply, but the supply was not responding. I could set it to LOCAL control and the supply would respond. The not responding to the DAC voltage leads me to suspect the LOCAL/REMOTE switch on the local display module. The no voltage readback is some bad wiring somewhere. It will take a little time to trace this down. For the time being, I set the supply to LOCAL control and slowly dialed in a current Aidan was satisfied with. With a 0V feedback, the supply will peg to 10V output while ramping the current, unless you ramp the current slowly. The supply setting should not be altered by anyone other than Jack, Heidi, or Jessie.
