This is a modified version of the report that I gave at the Hall A
meeting on Tuesday Feb 21

Work done over the past week:
   Target cold, ramped, and have polarized a target at 5T

   Septum shims are installed
   Local dump is installed (waiting on a survey to close up target area)

   DAQ has recovered from power mixup (although we are looking for and
testing spares)

Still to be done:

   Align beamline -- yesterday, the achieved the 0 position alignment,
then moved the beamline through its positions. Currently attaching
bellows for final alignment with and without vacuum. I'm trying to get an
estimate on the completion of the beamline.

   Target work -- polarized again last night (hoping for higher
polarization), will switch to 2.5T setup and polarize at that field.

   New BPMs -- one is in the hall, as of yesterday, one was being tested
at the accelerator, checking on status of software.
