1, Bogdan switched the HV power supplies of VDC1 and VDC2, and the cosmic
ray data shows that now VDC2 has low efficiencies. It looks like the
RVDC1 has a bad HV power supply. Jack and Jessie are working on replacing
it. They don't know how long it will take, so we have to wait till they
finish their work before we can close the hall.

2, BPM Noise seems been fixed (See John Musson's halog:
http://hallaweb.jlab.org/halog/log/html/1203_archive/120305111745.html)

3, Harp: Experts still can not find out what goes wrong. They are asking
whether we forgot to turn off slow raster when we did harp scan. We
should not have made this easy mistake, but we can test how it works when
we have beam while making sure slow raster off (if they really can not
find out the source of problems).

4, Ryan and Mellisa are working on R-HRS to fix the S2m-TDC double peaks
and T2 problem.
