Someone changed the setting of web-browser on adaql3. The correct seting
of proxy to make BTA link work is:
   "Auto-detect proxy settings for this network"

It looked like none of shift leaders have signed and submited the BTA
before the end of their shifts and unfortunately I am not able to go
though all numbers to see whether they are correct or not. I am going to
submit BTA for all shifts "AS IT IS" so MCC can have the roughly number.

Since we have beam in the hall, so we should pay attention on making sure
shift leaders to submit the BTA.
